Just so you all know, I wrote this a long time ago on the Marvel boards! I decided to copy it here, so you can read one of my all time favorite fan fics written by me! This is my best work! Please check it out and then comment!

Moon Knight is my favorite Comic-Book character of all time and I wanted to write a Moon Knight story, so here goes nothing! Oh and this might seem a liitle violent, but if you've read the new series you won't think nothing of it! Please Enjoy!

MOON KNIGHT: A RIVER OF BLOOD-ONE-SHOT

Marc Spector. Jake Lockley. Steven Grant. Moon Knight. These four are one. They aren't just convenient identities for the man known as Moon Knight. They are completely different people with their own tastes and attitudes. Let's try that again.

Mercenary-For-Hire Marc Spector. The man Moon Knight once was. That man died long ago. New York City cab driver Jake Lockley. The man who is working the streets. He knows everythinng that the good citizens and not so good citizens of New York know. Everything. Rich Millionaire Steven Grant. Lives in his mansion. Has a lot of money. Owns a company called Spectorcorp. He's a socialist. Wealthy man who spends his time chatting with the upper class. Moon Knight's publicist. Ther Gritty white garbed hero Moon Knight. Is loyal to his God. Offers sacrifices. Takes out the small crime. The gangs, the rapists, murderers, thiefs, arsonists, and all bad people. Has many weapons. Had descended into madness too many times to count. In times of a full moon he posses superhuman strenght, speed, and durability. All thanks to his god Khonshu.

Khonshu is his god that has brought Moon Knight back to life many times. He is an egyptian statue. He has made the man known once as Marc Spector into his avatar. An avatar of vengance. Khonshu is the God of Vengance and the Moon. All Khonshu wants is justice. And in return he gives Marc Blessings. Many blessings.

His great lover Marlene. His friend and street wise man Crawley. The kind lady Gena and her two boys who all aid Moon Knight. His pilot and old friend simply called " Frenchie ". His cook Nedda and Butler Samuels. A nice mansion. All these blessings to carry out the wishes of a great God.
Moon Knight will tell you it's never easy. He's had his share of bad luck. He's had to kill many times before. He has had to spill rivers of blood all in the name of his god Khonshu. He dosen't mind. He loves his work. All four of them loves their work. Moon Knight has killed on many occaisions, but their was one that was particularly unpleasant. It happened just weeks ago. It starts like this...

One late night in January in downtown New York City, a masked white mythological figure of terror could be seen standing beneath a full moon on top of a ten story building. He was standing on two legs, his fists clenched looking angry. His eyes glowed blue. This was not Spector. It wasn't Lockley. It certainly wasn't Grant. It was a man known simply as Moon Knight. He cannot feel a thing. No remorse nor guilt. No fear or pain. He can't even feel the cool breeze of this chilly winter night. All he knows is Vengance. Killing. Madness. Lunacy. Simply put he's a ghost of a man. There is nothing left when he is Moon Knight.

Now we turn to a different sign about two and a half blocks away from where Moon Knight is standing. Down a street practically deseted for the night. It is just about Midnight. In an electronics store there are five men outside the shop. Standing there on the cracked sidewalk with crowbars, baseball bats, and machine guns in their black gloved hands. They are all wearing black pants and sweatshirts with red and blue colored knit hats. They look in on the dark closed shop. They all raise their hands and smash through the store window. DING DING DING DING DING DING went the bell alarm in the store.

As they all quickly rushed in the store with paper bags ready, Moon Knight who was almost three blocks away, heard this alarm and quickly sprung into action. He radioein Frenchie and he came in two minutes in the crescent shaped Moon Copter to pick up the man he called Marc. The rope ladder of the copter came down and Moon Knight grabbed it. He didn't bother wasting his time climbing up, he merely hung on for the ride of his life through the streets of New York at midnight. They raced towards the sound of the alarm. When they arrived fourteen seconds later they discovered that no local authorities had made their way on the scene yet. Moon Knight dropped off the rope ladder landing with two feet on the pavement. Frenchie took the copter and sped away.

" What was that" cried one of the thiefs from inside the store. "Just shut the heck up and get back to work, we don't got much time" said another one as he crammed more money into a paper bag. The bell still nosily rang until a white crescent dart hit in square on and stuck in it stopping the annoying racket. "I told you someone was here man" said the first trembling thief. " All right pal I'm gonna stick you up ya little ---- " his threats died in his mouth when he stepped outside and stood face to face with the dark hero Moon Knight! He shook and sweated hard. He didn't blink and his mouth was a gaping black hole of terror. " Boo " said Moon Knight as he pulled out a gold handled dagger and stuck it right in the thief's stomach and then pulled it out again. The thief fell down dead.

The other thiefs quickly ran out only to freeze in terror like the first one. They saw his body and gasped. Moon Knight just kept his eyes locked onto there's and moved ever closer, one step at a time. Two of the four robbers dropped their weapons and kneeled to the ground begging for mercy. Moon Knight would show them none. Without a word and as silently as the night itself, he took out two crescent darts and tossed them into their throats. " You sunnuva--" cried the last two remaining survivors as they shot their machine guns. Moon Knight jumped up in the air and over the two robbers dodging their bullets along the way, and landed safely on the other side of them. Behind them.

He wasted no time. He pulled out his staff and with one swift motion hit them both in the back of the head before they knew what hit them. They weren't knocked out. They looked up at Moon Knight in terror. Moon Knight reached in his back pocket and pulled out a sword. A small sword. Half as long as a regular one, but two time sharper. The blade glistened in the moonlight and for a moment Spector was lost in it's hypnostic vision. His eyes darted back and forth from the blade to the thief's terror stricken faces. They both begged for him to stop. They yelled, they cried. Moon Knight felt nothing. He grabbed one thief, the one on the left and pulled him to a sitting position.

He raised the blade. The thief started to cry. With one quick and powerful motion he thrust the blade forward towards the thief's neck and got him. The thief's mouth was filled with tears. He started to weep loudly and his whole body shoock. He looked up at Moon Knight who still held the encrusted blade in his hand. Moon Knight looked at the man for about thirty second tilting his head both ways as he observed his fear. Then he opened his mouth and said " I think you've had enough terror for one day and I think you learned your lesson the hard way ".

"Tell you what punk, I'm gonna let you live and think about this horrifying experience for the rest of your life in solitary confinement" Moon Knight said. The thief fainted in terror. His head hit the pavement. Goodnight" Moon Knight uttered as he had Frenchie come and pick him up before the Police arrived. The police saw Moon Knight's caliing card on the scene. A crescent shaped dart.

Moon Knight has just returned home and he goes and sees his God Khonshu. Before the altar of his god he raises the thief's sacrifice high in his hand and yells " Another victory for you Khonshu "!
And that's the story of the river of blood. Marc Spector. Jake Lockley. Steven Grant. Moon Knight. All four of these men serve one purpose in life, serving Khonshu. If that means killing some poor fools, then so be it. Thus is the life of Moon Knight. Blood. Vengance. Moons. Craziness. Moon Knight loves it all!
