It has been long enough I think that you guys have hopefully learned your lesson.
You will all be unbanned (except for karen_d due to problems caused) under the following conditions...
-You will not have PM privileges to make sure you will not spam through the PM system.
-If you spam your message board in any way even once, then that person will be banned for life. Use your signatures
to create links to your board. It does not mean you can use it to complain about being banned. Signatures are not
an excuse to post anything, they have to follow the guidelines as well.
-If you complain in anyway about being banned, that person will be banned for life.
-If you post in anyway going against the guidelines, depending on what that post is,
that person will be banned again for longer or life depending on what is said.
-If warned by a Moderator and that person mouths off and is defiant, then that person will be banned for life.
-Causing disruption on the boards in any way and that person will be banned for a time according to what was said and done.
-No creating a new club on the boards. You had your chance and blew it. However, depending on how you act when back
your club in the Off-Topic section could eventually be re-opened. Again, it depends on how you all react together
as a group and not individuals.
All of the above is simple rules that only ask you to follow the guidelines, so they should be no problem.
It is up to you if you want to come back and follow the guidelines this time. I will let you know, we WILL keep a close eye on all of you and do regular check ups on your posts due to your past problems you caused with being defiant as well as the comments you have made towards me on your own boards. What you said here will not effect how you are treated on
the Marvel.com boards (because if that were the case then you would never be allowed back... ever), but it does warrant keeping close tabs on you all (and another reason why your PM privileges will be removed).
Those that want to come back, and can agree to what was mentioned above post in this thread saying you agree and I will keep an eye on it. Then after a few days I will look and see who wants to return to the boards and who does not and unban accordingly.

When is this effective? Cuz I'm still banned.
I don't really know how much I'll be posting...I'm pretty satisfied over here with you guys. But I guess I'll still stop over there every once and a while.
