Jeez, no-one's ever on anymore. I was thinking the other day, what is the best arc of any comic? Here's my list:
USM: Proably Legacy, the return of norma Osborn. This arc seems closest to one of the original storie but has the great feel of the ultimate world at the same time. Great art, great charater development and a nice nod to Gwen stacey' death in the original stories. Runner-ups are venom, silver sable, carnage and Warriors.
UXM: I like new mutants best. new charaters, great writing, and of coure Daid Finch's amazing art. Runner-ups are The Tomorrow People, Return of The King and cable.
The Ultimates: With only four to choose from (discouting Ultimates 3, because I haven't read it all) it's a toughie. Grand Theft Ameria, due to the heer awesomeness? Homeland security, if you like alien nazi death? no, the best i superhuman, just because it was the introduction to some of the best characters in the Ultimate Unvierse. And I love the Hulk fight _________________ PROUD MEMBER OF THE ULTIMATE MARVELS!!!!

UFF: I liked the silliness of the President Thor story, and the coolness of the nihlus story, but the one that stands out is the crossover story. Amazing art and story, and it launched the Marvel Zombies line. And it's Mark Millar.
However the Mad Thinker story scared the bejesus out of me.... _________________ PROUD MEMBER OF THE ULTIMATE MARVELS!!!!

Has anyone here read Batman: The Long Hallowe'en? I read it in a sit-down and grew enamored with it. Aside from Year One and Arkham Asylum, it has to be the best Neo-Noir Batman ever. Dark Victory, while not nearly good as TLH, is a nice complement to this arc.
Reading this only bothers me how Jeph Loeb is responsible for this masterpiece AND the terrible Ultimatum... _________________ Proud Member of The Ultimate Marvels!!
