This arc was not called "Cliffhangers" for nothing!! Kirkman really picked up the pace here and touched everything Ultimate X-Men in this issue.
I listed every single surprising part:
-Sinister killed himself
-Mystique's out and replaced by Mastermind and Stacy
-Scott and Jean have over 20 students-- including Grizzly and Toad!
-That Hellfire guy's in contact with another member, Shinobi Shaw; Emma Frost's recent boyfriend
-Nightcrawler found the Morlocks
-Unsurprisingly, Beast is back and seems to be kept under that sheets with S.H.I.E.L.D. who are keeping him to cure Admiral Stryker's Legacy Virus
-Apperantly the Sentinels are back doing their thing; killing mutants
-And it's official: Shadow King was not an easter egg...! Or was he...?

I liked this issue! I thought it was great! I am so glad The Beast is bacK! He is one of my top 5 favorite X-Men of all-time! Boy if the X-Men find out, it'll be war with SHIELD! I was so excited to see Beast back!

| They didn't stage it! They found out that he manged to survive and so they made him believe that he was still with the X-Men by brainwashing him! But since Charles died, Fury thought that it would be OK to come clean with Hank... Or was it Charles who kept Hank believing that he was alive but the effect was worn out when he died?? I need to read it again... Oh, and he's cured the blue fur thing but still has the fangs, too! |

Oh and yeah he did Cowboy! That's one thing I'm loving about X-Men First Class! In that series he still dosen't have his blue fur yet! I mean who dosen't love the furry Beast, but sometimes it's nice to see him regular too!
