It has been confirmed that Samuel L. Jackson will be in Iron Man, and strong speculation says that he will be playing Nick Fury. When Avi Arad was asked about that, he ducked the question, then dissappointedly said "That was supposed to be our biggest secret. I have no idea how it got out..."

No, I don't think so. There will just be a black Nick Fury. Kind of like an amalgamation of the two universes.
