This topic is made to honor and discuss previous arcs of all the ultimate series, We can vote on a new one every friday. This weeks arc will start with the very root of the ultimate universe.
USM: Power and Responsibility
Now for me, I'm actually a newbie for comics, I actually started the summer of 2005. I read this comic (and it was free) Marvel Age Spider-Man which had the entire Ultimate Spider-Man Story Recapped. I was captivated, I already loved the movie that came out. And I wanted to read it from the very beginning, back with Stan and Jack. But this issue of Marvel Age Spidey gave me an alternative, Ultimate Spider-Man. The first volume of ultimate spidey was the first I've ever bought. Every page gave me chills. It just showed me realism on a new level, and it made it BADASS. When Peter was changing in his costume on the when his school was attacked. I laughed really hard when he thought "I bet Captain America doesn't have to deal with this." I was hooked and I had a LOT to catch up on. And I'm proud that I am given a chance to read every issue of Ultimate Spider-Man
