Mine (In no particular order):
Hannibal Lecter in Silence of The Lambs (Yeah, I have seen this)
The Joker in The Dark Knight
The Dinosaurs (the grumpy ones anyway) in Jurassic Park
Smith in The Matrix
Magneto in X-Men
The Alien in Alien
Biff in Back To the Future Series Razz
Kevin in Sin City
The Covenant in future Halo movie (they better be good)
Hans Gruber in die Hard

Since I'm pretty young, most of my choices are modernish. I'm sure there are better ones from classics I haven't seen.
Very Happy

Nice list, man...

10) The Pale Man from El laberinto del fauno (A real creepy guy)
9) Baron Von Westphalen from Southland Tales (Speaking of creepy)
8 ) Vincent from Collateral (A total 180 for Tom Cruise' usual work)
7) Tyler Durden from Fight Club (Brad Pitt at his finest and my current avatar)
6) Neil McCauley from Heat (Robert De Niro's best role)
5) Pazuzu from The Exorcist (Still can't even watch this movie without cringing)
4) The Joker from The Dark Knight (Very primal and badass)
3) Mugatu from Zoolander ("Todd! Are you not aware foamy lattes get me all farty and bloaty?!")
2) Verbal Kint from The Usual Suspects (A pre-X-Men film from Bryan Singer delivers the best ending with Kevin Spacey's awesome acting)
1) Bill Lumberg from Office Space (What a bastard; damn, it feels good to be a gangsta)

That's a good list. The Pale Man (you're talking about the Pan's Labyrinth guy, right) is really messed up. And I think Mugatu is hilarious.
