| its about scarlet witch using her powers to like bring back her babies so reality alters and it brings everyones dream wish true( gwen with peter) and then magneto kills quicksilver but he comes back and wanda gets mad and says the infamous line "nomore mutants", which makes most of the mutant population decrease |

I liked it. But in all honesty, compared to Civil War this is... Let me make this simpler. Kobe Bryant = House of M, Michael Jordan = Civil War. You have to read Avengers Disassembled before M though!

No that's the genocide that took place in Genosha where 16 million mutants were killed!
They don't... She doesn't kill mutants she just removed their powers thus making most mutants into humans!
